City Councilor Rob Consalvo makes a point today while attending the groundbreaking of 31 new units of affordable housing for the elderly in Hyde Park. The project is being built by ETC Development Corporation in collaboration with the City of Boston, Department of Neighborhood Development, the City’s Neighborhood Housing Trust, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development among others. Completion of the development is expected in the spring of 2011.

Rob Joins UMass Boston and the Hyde Park Green Team Canoe trip at Paul's Bridge on the Neponset River. Hyde Park Youth learn the importance of a healthy river.

Boston City Councilor Robert Consalvo visited ABCD Head Start. Consalvo recently read stories to children at Action for Boston Community Development, South Side Head Start in Roslindale.
